By accessing or using BestERP, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

2. Description of Service

BestERP provides an enterprise resource planning platform accessed via web browser. Features include financial management, inventory tracking, HR management, sales management, and reporting.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose.

4. Payment Terms

Service fees, if any, will be communicated at the time of subscription. Payments are due according to the selected billing cycle.

5. Limitation of Liability

BestERP is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. KDJ Lanka (Pvt) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service for violations of these terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
